Refunds
At Infinity Store Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to ensure every product meets your expectations, we understand that refunds may occasionally be required under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable once the returned product has been received and inspected at our store.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories and serial labels intact.
- Refunds are not applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or opened/used electronic items.
- Only fully prepaid orders are eligible for refunds under our policy.
Refund Processing Time
- Once the returned product is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- You will receive a confirmation email or message once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- The return request was submitted after 7 days of dispatch.
- The product was purchased through a special order or custom PC build.

Because of our strict quality standards, returns are only accepted for fully prepaid orders, requested within 7 days of dispatch, and only if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. We’re confident in the authenticity of every item we deliver, ensuring you always receive products you can trust.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened or unsealed electronic components, including GPUs, CPUs, motherboards, RAMs, and SSDs.
- Peripherals such as keyboards, mice, headsets, and controllers that have been used or unboxed.
- Monitors, power supplies, and PC cases that show any signs of installation or tampering.
- Custom-built PCs or special-order items sourced specifically on customer request.
- Accessories or cables without original packaging or missing serial labels.
